Claims processes

We aim to make the claims process on our Wealth Protection policies as simple as possible. 

The following provides an outline: 

  1. notify us that a claim is being made
  2. we will issue the relevant claim form - the required information may differ depending on the type of policy and the type of claim being made
  3. return the required information to us for assessment
  4. we will notify you of the outcome of the claim
